RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you cancel before the dispatch of your items your money will be refunded and the items will not be delivered.
We will only offer a refund or exchange on an undamaged item within 14 days of it being received by you. Refunds will be made to the credit or debit card used to purchase the item(s) in accordance with these terms and conditions.
If you return an item to us because it is faulty, we will refund the postage that you were charged when purchasing the item, and the postage you paid when returning the item to us (this will affect your statutory rights).
If you are returning any goods because they are unsuitable, we shall only refund the cost of the returned item. We will not pay for the return postage for the returning of the goods to us. We will pay the full amount of the items purchased at the date when buying the goods.
All goods being returned in accordance with this clause must be safely and securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. We shall not accept an item for a refund if it has been damaged in transit or otherwise.
We advise that when you are returning items to us, that you use tracking postage, requiring a signature. We are unable to refund items which are lost in the post. All items that you return are your responsibility until we receive them.

Orders will be sent with Royal Mail. We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible, subject to availability. Please provide an address where your delivery can be signed for to avoid delay, loss or damage.
